Cancellation Policy

PLEASE SEE “BOOKING POLICY” FOR FULL DETAILS -- Non-refundable deposit (credit/debit card, Paypal, Zelle, or Venmo) required to book an appointment; valid up to 1 year from purchase date. AT LEAST 72 hours notice is required to reschedule appointment. Correction touch ups are $100 and should be scheduled within 90 days of the first session. Last minute cancellations or no call/no shows will be charged 100%. Up to 15 minutes late time is allowed for appointment. Any kind of previous PMU is required to schedule a consultation first. Gift cards are valid up to one year from purchase date. For your convenience and to ensure your appointment starts on time, please download, print, and fill out the required client forms prior to your first visit.
